Grow the community through responsible introductions

The Legacy NFTY Referral Program allows eligible members to introduce people who may genuinely benefit from learning about the platform. Every participating account receives a unique referral code or link that can be used to identify an eligible introduction.

The program is designed around verified activity rather than simple clicks or registrations. A referral reward is created only when the administrator-defined qualifying event has been completed, verified and made final under the active referral rules.

A referral is an introduction—not a guarantee, recommendation or promise of financial results.

How the referral process works

1. Access your unique link: eligible members can view their referral code or link from the member dashboard.
2. Share responsibly: provide accurate information and direct the invited person to the official Legacy NFTY website.
3. Account registration: the invited person creates an account and may be linked to the referring member when the code is valid.
4. Qualifying activity: the referred account completes the event defined in the active referral rules.
5. Verification: the platform checks eligibility, account status, duplicate activity and final transaction status.
6. Reward record: an approved reward is recorded in the relevant account history according to the active rule.

Eligibility and qualifying events

Referral eligibility may depend on account status, identity verification, jurisdiction, security standing and other administrator-defined criteria. The qualifying event, reward amount or percentage, limits and timing may be changed, paused or withdrawn.

A pending registration, deposit or plan request does not automatically create a final reward. Reversed, cancelled, rejected, refunded, duplicated, disputed or suspicious activity may not qualify and may result in a pending reward being cancelled or reversed.

What members can track

• The referral code or link assigned to the account.
• Eligible referral relationships recorded by the platform.
• Pending, approved, cancelled or reversed reward status where available.
• Ledger entries created when an approved reward affects the account balance.
• Notifications relating to referral activity or rule changes.

Responsible promotion standards

Members must describe Legacy NFTY accurately. Referral communications must not present the platform as risk-free, government guaranteed, a bank deposit, a guaranteed-income product or a way to earn certain returns.

Members must not create false urgency, conceal material risk, impersonate Legacy NFTY, publish fabricated testimonials or claim authority to approve accounts, plans, deposits or withdrawals.

Prohibited referral practices

• Self-referrals or creating multiple accounts for the same person.
• Circular referrals, coordinated account chains or reward farming.
• Using false, borrowed or misleading identity information.
• Offering unauthorised rebates, guarantees or private side agreements.
• Spam, harassment, deceptive advertising or use of purchased contact lists.
• Misleading statements about returns, risk, regulation, security or withdrawal timing.
• Attempting to manipulate qualifying events, transaction evidence or account attribution.

Reward review and reversals

Referral records may be reviewed when unusual patterns, duplicate identifiers, related accounts, chargebacks, reversals, compliance concerns or inaccurate information are detected. Legacy NFTY may withhold, cancel or reverse rewards that do not satisfy the active rules.

Where a reward has already been credited and the underlying qualifying event is later reversed or found to be ineligible, a corresponding ledger adjustment may be made. The account history should show the resulting record.

Taxes and personal obligations

Referral rewards may have tax or reporting consequences depending on the member's location and circumstances. Each member is responsible for understanding and meeting any personal tax, disclosure or legal obligations. Legacy NFTY does not provide individual tax advice.

Protect the people you invite

Always share the official domain, encourage the invited person to read the Terms and Risk Disclosure, and never collect another person's password, OTP, authenticator code, identity files, private key or funds.

Invited members should make their own independent decision. A referring member must not pressure anyone to register, transfer funds or participate in a plan.

Program changes

The Referral Program is an optional platform feature. Rules, availability, eligibility, reward values, qualifying events, limits and payment timing may be changed or discontinued. The rules active when an event becomes final will govern unless the platform states otherwise.
